The third annual Survey of Mobility as a Service is now available. Bringing together input from planners, consultants, public transport providers, software and technology companies, academics and more, the report gives an essential overview of the state of MaaS in 2019.
2019 saw an overall decline in the number of active MaaS projects in the UK, as well as a number of high-profile failures, and the factors behind these are explored. At the same time, interest in MaaS remains high. The report identifies seven different business models for MaaS which are all currently being used or trialed.
